Sticky Pork Ribs are a perfect snack or meal accessory around.
You can create amazing sticky pork ribs piled on a plate ready to feed the hoards.
What you need:
RWM Sweet Smokey BBQ Rub
RWM Rib Glaze
Rub your pork ribs with your favourite rub and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Our fav rub is RWM Sweet Smokey.
Heat BBQ or oven to 160 Celsius.
Place rubbed pork ribs on a roasting tray or directly on the bbq grill for 1 hour.
Then wrap the pork in baking paper and foil with knob of butter and continue cooking for a further 1 hour until the pork is tender.
Remove pork from the oven and unwrap.
Increase oven or bbq to 200 Celsius. Brush with the rib glaze and roast for a further 20-30 minutes, brushing glaze on every 5 minutes.
Sticky, tender and juicy pork ribs will be yours for the eating
