Sometimes roast beef gets over looked at family feasts but it can be one of the easiest roasts to make and always an awesome treat on crusty rolls the next day.

What you need:
2kg Blade Roast
RWM Allrounder Rub
Olive Oil

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 180°C, Brush beef with oil and sprinkle with Carnivore Candystore Allrounder Rub and all sides.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef for 6-8 minutes or until browned all over.
Transfer to oven and place on roasting rack to keep beef above the tray.
Cook beef for 50-65 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Set aside on a plate loosely covered with foil to rest for 20-25 minutes.
Slice beef and Serve beef with your fav sides and gravy.

*Leftover beef will be delicious for lunch the next day.
*Beef topside would also work well .
*Resting your roast is important to make sure it is tender.
