How to Cook Juicy Lamb Ribs
- Firstly remove membrane, off back of ribs with a butter knife and paper towel.
- Remove thick fat cap from front of ribs (optional) then with a little olive oil as a binder apply your rub.
- Smoker temp was 400f/204c and cook till ribs probe soft, no resistance,.
- Heat sauce 10 minutes and apply to ribs for a further cook of 5 minutes.
- Rest for 15min then serve.
