How to Cook Juicy Lamb Ribs

Hey everyone, quick easy guide to lamb ribs.
  1. Firstly remove membrane, off back of ribs with a butter knife and paper towel.
  2. Remove thick fat cap from front of ribs (optional) then with a little olive oil as a binder apply your rub.
  3. Smoker temp was 400f/204c and cook till ribs probe soft, no resistance,.
  4. Heat sauce 10 minutes and apply to ribs for a further cook of 5 minutes.
  5. Rest for 15min then serve.
