Rich and Tender Osso Bucco
Hey everyone want an easy dish that will go down a treat for rainy winter days.?
- I applied Carnivore Candystore Classic allrounder rub to the beef shanks and put them in the smoker for 2 hours to get some smoke flavour through them. 225f/107c
- (if you are doing recipe in an oven, you could flour the beef shanks and seal in a pan, before you put in tray with other ingredients)
- After the 2 hours place beef shanks in a tray with all the above ingredients wrap tray and cook for a further 6 hrs at 225f/107c until meat is tender fall apart.
- Serve with a mash or polenta and enjoy some comfort food goodness 😊
