Smoked Sausage

When first starting on your bbq/smoke adventure, start easy to understand the  smoker you are working with. 

It doesn’t get much easier than smoked sausages.

INGREDIENTS

  • Favourite sausages
  • Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Smoker temp 120c, smoke till an internal of 75c and done!

Not only easy but absolutely delicious! 

You will look at the good old snag in a total different way
